One of the favorite stories that I share is the story of David and Goliath to illustrate how facing one's obstacle can turn out to be the event that leads to success. Learning to face our fears and draw from inner strength is a necessary tool to succeed. This clip was taken during a leadership bootcamp in front of a thousand leaders.
